Vitals™ Profile911: Provides the individual’s digital profile information to the 911
dispatchers when the phone number associated with the Vitals™ account calls for
emergency assistance.

- Requires a registered phone number, email, and address
Vitals™ ProfilePlus: Informs participating first responders in close proximity to the
individual’s Bluetooth beacon about the information in the individual’s profile
- $5.99/month or $59.99/year
- Requires use of Bluetooth beacon or Android device carried by individual
- A single classic beacon is included in the price, additional beacons are available for
purchase. - It is NOT a GPS location tracking beacon
Vitals™ Profile+Places: In addition to the features from the other two levels, this
subscription level is designed to track the GPS location of an individual.
- $11.99/month or $119.99/year
- Requires the vulnerable individual to carry a smartphone
- A single classic beacon is included in the price, additional beacons are available for
purchase.
The Case Manager will create and submit the Service Agreement between the agency and Vitals™ Aware Services.
Email the Vitals™ team at support@thevitalsapp.com including:
- Appropriate contact information (name/email/phone/mailing address) for the person responsible for completing the vulnerable individual’s profile.
- The vulnerable individual’s first and last name, and their date of birth
Once the Vitals™ team has created the account, the individual/caregiver is able to complete the profile set-up and start using the service right away.
When appropriate, the beacon is mailed within days of receiving necessary information.
Information added to the profile is determined by the individual and may include:
- A current, straight-on face photo (no filters please!)
- Medical information
- Critical needs
- Behavior triggers
- De-escalation techniques
- Code words or a calming message from you
Profile information is temporarily shared with only authorized public safety, first responders, and 911 dispatchers.
How does it work?
Individuals and caregivers who subscribe to Vitals™ create a profile with critical information about the vulnerable person. The information provided is 100% voluntary and is only seen by authorized first responders and 911 dispatchers.
When the vulnerable person wears or carries a Vitals™ Bluetooth device and is close enough to interact with a first responder, the officer will get a notification on their smartphone about the person’s needs and how to best interact with them. It gives first responders a chance to make a positive and helpful connection.
